Hurdles
  • Lack of volunteers
  • The biggest hurdle is work force. Enough hands and resources to reach out to the people to make them come into the house of God to experience the glory of God.
  • Leaders britches
  • The church location and environment.
  • I think distance and also the willingness for new members to attend church
  • For the moment, I feel a lake of volunteers in some key areas and the commitment of those available. Also the location of the church is not at its best.
  • Evangelism is the biggest hurdle I noticed so far..I think the church should involve more in Envagelism.. Creating more awareness about the Church will bring more people to an Guest ready church
Enablers
  • Because guest are coming
  • The value taught in our church is to be ready to welcome kings and queens at any point in time and make them feel welcome and love with the hope that when they walk away, the Holy Spirit shall minister to them and they shall be saved
  • We need members.
  • We need to grow as a church. We need more workers if we have to fulfill what God wants us to.
  • As a bible believing church, I know we have a lot to give to this generation and even the next generation.
  • The best reason for my church to solve these problem is to able to receive persons of all kinds in to the house of God and as they are received warmly they will be comfortable to receive Christ as the pastor preach the word of God!
  • I feel a lot of people are out there looking for a place to pour out their heart..A church is a place that should be enticing to guest..A place where hope is renewed. Our main goal as a Christian is Discipleship as the speaker said.. From our services to the church, to the church environment to the knowledge we impact to people..All this has be kingdom worthy and this will make the church guest worthy and also helps the church develop
