Hurdles
  • Training, commitment, follow-up
  • Committment
  • Volunteers
  • Lack of volunteers, being too laid back, no enthusiasm
  • Lack of members.
  • Space, lack of volunteers and ongoing communication from leadership
  • Lack of workers
  • As of right now I think it’s partly because of mask mandates and the fact that people have to now register to come to church.
Enablers
  • So that guest and regulars can hear the Gospel unhindered!
  • To grow
  • So that we can do what we are called to do by God – to serve Him by serving others
  • Spread the good news of our Lord and Savior!
  • There is a large community around us and the are in need of the gospel. Making sure that our leadership/volunteers/ are ready to serve so important. We need to be ready to be the vessels God created us to be and be ready to pour into others. Wholeheartedly!
  • To serve more folks, and introduce them to Jesus.
  • So guests will return and invite others
  • It is our duty to make sure the congregation is safe and protected.
  • You don’t want to lose potential future members but above all you do not want to be the reason why that person did not come to the lord.
