Hurdles
  • Not taking the time to identify what we need to do and then execute by taking the action steps needed to solve this problem.
  • miscommunication, misinforming,
  • Numbers. We are still in the early stages of growth so we are limited on the amount of volunteers we have. However, the volunteers we have are faithful and eager.
Enablers
  • We are in the process of relaunching our church and we are taking on a whole new identity. We want to make sure we have people ready to serve the unchurched.
  • It is important to make sure first time guests are made a priority from there first step in to leaving and communicating effectively to a team of volunteers the roles and what is expected to be communicated with guests and have knowledge ready to share with guests when needed.
  • Church should always be guest ready if it intends to grow and reach others for Christ.
