  • Most of the congregation is actively engaged in volunteering in some form or fashion. There is always more opportunities than volunteers and the elder team is concerned about burning folks out.

  • We do well welcoming new folks, not so much at enfolding them into congregational life. We need a system so we can at least figure out where specifically the worst gaps are.
