Hurdles
  • Bridging the older 18+ group into leadership and out of a student mindset when they continue attending after-life events like graduation. We want them to continue as leaders if they are not going “off to college” away from the Church.
  • The only hurdle I can think of is the size of the church. We have a great welcome team, you always know who’s who, and they are willing to help you when you need it. We just don’t get a huge flow of new people in our church so it’s hard to be 100% ready when all you see if people who have been going to this church for years.
Enablers
  • These questions were answered thinking of our youth group. We want to make sure we are not driving students away but welcoming them in.
  • I don’t think there is a problem in our church, I just think that we should always be ready to receive people
