Hurdles
  • clear steps and systems
  • People don’t seem to be going to church anymore these days.
  • Getting the word out into our neighborhood that we are here and ready to have them come and worship.
  • The volunteer pool is small, the same folks are doing a lot, faithfully, but it is a lot on a few.
  • Some issues would be eased with lobby changes, but the biggest is getting guests to attend initially

Enablers
  • If we don’t turn this around, we will die
  • We’ve lost so many people. We need to bring in new people and new families.
  • As a church, we should be ready and open to new guests that may be looking for a new church home. Even bigger yet, we need to be ready for guests wanting to get to know Jesus.
  • We are ready and praying for the Lord to send us new faces to minister to and with.
  • Because those who choose to spend a worship time with us need to feel open to worship. They need to know what our church is based upon. But most importantly that they are loved!
  • It makes an eternal difference
